trust accountant (2yr+) - (OPEN role)

Work from home –  (FULL-TIME ROLE) Role Criteria
  • We are a fit for each other – you meet our general mandatory criteria above.
  • Minimum experience as a trust accountant (2yr+ in Aus) is mandatory
  • You are passionate about real estate, and perhaps have worked as a property manager prior to your trust experience.
  • Experienced across industry software PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Console Cloud, Cirrus8, Zenu, Box+Dice, Agent Box, REX, NewBook, Airbnb, Xero, MYOB, etc
  • Agents representative qualification or Estate Agents license ideal
  • You have done and seen the lot : receipting & bank recs | EOM & EOFY reporting | disbursements to owners, creditors, vendors, solicitors | commercial, residential & holiday let accounting | sales trust | invoice & bill processing | owner & tenant reconciliations | increases, decreases, adjustments, credits | owner, tenant, accountant, creditor queries.
  • Ideally you have worked across multiple agencies
  • Working in trust accounting gives you a ‘thrill’ …. we get it ……
  • Client satisfaction is what makes you tick.

  • Experience working with with PropertyMe, PropertyTree, AgentBox or REX
  • Familiar with online banking and financial systems
  • Accuracy and problem solving with figures gives you a thrill
  • You may presently be in a similar role, or administration or accounts
  • You are learning right now, and the opportunity to grow and learn from a team of senior trust accountants has just excited you
